Lofts on 11th Ave

This property was an incredible project for us! John discovered this duplex on 11th Avenue, just a short walk from Ritter Park. It was our first major renovation outside of our own home, and it came with a unique challenge: the entire property was already stripped down to the studs. With a blank canvas in front of us, we dove into transforming this space.

Initially, we turned the duplex into an Airbnb for the Huntington area. While it performed well and guests loved the space, hosting proved to be a lot of work. Eventually, we decided to transition to long-term renters, which has been a great fit for the property.
